How do I communicate with Dr. Agarwal’s office in order to schedule an appointment or diagnostic test?

A. At the time of scheduling a diagnostic procedure, all patients are given a written description of the test and instructions pertinent to that procedure. Diagnostic testing results, consultation reports and reports on follow-up visits will be mailed to the patient’s referring physician 48 hours after the procedure and/or visit. Please contact the physician who requested the consultation or procedure for results or contact with our office directly. Our office will notify patients of test results ordered by Dr. Agarwal. Patients who call with a non-emergency medical inquiries will be connected to one of our medical staff, he/she will record your question in your chart, review the question with the physician and call you back as soon as possible with the doctor’s response. If a family member has questions concerning a hospitalized patient, they should contact Dr. Agarwal through any of the offices.
