1. Use the uninstall function of the HuperVision software to uninstall the DVR program a. Do this by going into the start menu -> All Programs -> HuperVision 1.5 -> Uninstall. 2. Remove the DVR log and drivers in windows. a. Go to your local disk (usually the C: drive, or where the Operation system is installed), delete the text file named BtDrv. Then go into program files folder, delete Huperlab folder. b. Go back out of program files folder, go into Windows folder, click on system32 folder, then click on the drivers folder. Delete the files named: HMCap3R and HMAud3R. 3. Now uninstall the driver by using the software disk. a. Insert the DVR software disk that came with the capture card into the optical drive. Exit the autorun window. Go to my computer and right click on the optical drive then choose open. This will open the DVR software disk for browsing the files. Click on the Driver folder, then click on the uninstall icon to run driver uninstallation. 4. Restart the computer and r
