We recommend SecureCRT, and our Faculty Support Group maintains pages on how to install and configure it. Under the session options (i.e. click properties from the Connect menu after you set a connection up), under Connection->Port Forwarding->X11 click on Forward X11 Packets.

I use this SSH Client for Android, it only uses updated, current and secure ciphers, and this is very important, since not all SSH is the same, many SSH protocols on the market use outdated and old ciphers, which makes SSH old, which is equivalent to insecure, easily hacked SSH.
