Copy an address from the source text. Select File > Paste as Address in the menu of Labels & Addresses. The program will analyze the address and put the name, ZIP code and other parts in the corresponding data fields. Adding an address this way lets you benefit from automated address formatting. As an alternative method, you can paste an address as plain text using the Edit > Paste menu command. This method doesn’t allow you to use automatic address formatting, adding a postal barcode and some other features.
