You can copy and paste pdf output text and/or graphics to Microsoft Word by using Snapshot tool. You can also use Select Text tool to copy and paste output text to Microsoft Word. Using Snapshot tool in the PDF Document:: • Click on the Snapshot tool from the tool bar. • Select text and/or graphic you wish to include by dragging the marquee around it. • In an open document in Microsoft Word, click on Edit, and then click on Paste to paste the text or graphic. Using Select Text tool in the PDF Document:: • Click on the Select Text tool from the tool bar. • Highlight the amount of text you wish to copy. • Click on Edit then click on Copy • In Microsoft Word, click on Edit and then click on Paste to paste the text.
