First, ensure that your PlaysForSure Portable Device is connected via a USB cable to your PC and powered on. If there is more than one movie file appearing under “Select Your Movie” box, select the desired movie file. Then, under “Select Your Destination” box, select your Portable Device. After the selections have been made, click on the “Start Sync” button.
