How do I correct identification information in my Trufina member profile?
If you’ve recently moved or changed your name, we suggest that you update your state driver’s license and your credit cards first. Once this information is updated, you can renew your Trufina identification information. This will re-verify all your essential data. If you believe there is incorrect data that is not due to a recent change in where you reside or your name, then you should contact Member Support and tell us about it. The Trufina Member Support team will send you instructions on how to take steps to identify issues and correct your data. Please note that depending on the type of data error, you may be requested to make direct inquiries with specific public records companies, such as credit reporting agencies, your local Social Security Administration office, or other data providers.
