Step 1: Click on the Distribution List toolbar OR Click on Addresses on the menu bar and click on Distribution Lists OR Press Step 2: To create a distribution list, select New List, give it a long name (e.g Heads of Dept) and click OK. Click on the distribution list name and click on Edit. Step 3: Enter the List title and the List addressing settings as shown below. If the To: field is left blank, the listing of all the recipients addresses will appear on the header of your mail message when you use the distribution list. Entering an address in this field will force Pegasus Mail to suppress the listing of all the recipients addresses in the To: field. Because of the way Internet mail works, you cannot simply enter any piece of text in this field.
