Communication Actions of Type “SMS Out” can be created and will be automatically processed and sent without any manual user intervention as defined during the task or workflow item. The use of standard Sage CRM entities and options allows developers to work within their own field of expertise to provide the power of e-txt messaging within their CRM Application. The plug-in supports use by ASP files and tablescripts as well as workflow. When an SMS is sent, it is created as a pending communication. You can see this by going to communications / actions / drop down of action types.
