How do I designate answers for Math Tools that report?
1. Insert the Math Tool on a page. 2. Place the correct manipulatives within the Math tool. 3. Select Capture Answers from the Edit menu. The contents of the Math Tool as reported by the Math Tool’s report box will be the designated answer. Or: 1. Insert the Math Tool on a page. 2. Select Properties from the Edit menu. (Or simultaneously press [Ctrl] and click the Math Tool.) The Properties of Math Tool dialog box displays. 3. Click the Answers tab and make the desired selections or entries. Note: Grid answers are the object’s name. Decimal Grid answers are decimals from .01 to 1.00. 4. Click OK. Note: You can designate a pattern as an answer for a Grid by making a selection from the Grid’s Answers tab.
