To disable the pop-up blocker: Launch Internet explorer, then in the “Tools” menu, select “Internet Options…” In the next window, Click on the “Security” Tab, select the “Internet”, then click on the “Custom level…” button. In the final window, go trough the options until you find “Use pop-up blocker”. Click on “Disable”.
