Don’t worry, you won’t get caught. At least not if you live here in Sweden, since most of the Swedish Internet operators now has begun to destroy the records almost immediately. That’s possible since this stupid USA inflicted law only require them to hand over the records which they have, but it doesn’t require them to actually keep the records!… (There’s another Swedish law that says it’s a violation of the personal integrity to keep this records – or the jurisdiction is rather unclear about this). In any way the Swedish police won’t help since this “crime” has a very low priority, so it’s up to Hollywood to do all the collecting of evidence themselves, and they will primarily go after those who create the torrent files and uploads huge quantities of copyrighted material, not the stray downloaders. Just remember there are MILLIONS of people downloading, and they can’t hunt them all down. It’s also important to remember that the torrent file you download from The Pirate Bay isn’t ill
