How Do I Download My E-Mails To From Compuserve To Outlook?
I have a CompuServe account, but use Outlook to check and download my messages. However, I started to notice that the e-mails in my Outlook were beginning to disappear after 3 weeks. I thought maybe I had auto-archive or a rule setup, but I do not. I think it has to do with CompuServe. CompuServe only allows you to ‘store’ a certain amount of messages or messages not older than 3 weeks. When the messages are removed from CompuServe, they also are being removed from Outlook. So…while all along I was thinking Outlook was downloading my CompuServe e-mails, it is not. Does anyone know how to configure my Outlook so it will go out and capture those e-mails from CompuServe and truly download and save them?
