How do i duct tape plantar warts?
Here’s what I did — I put a strip of duct tape on the shiny side of some freezer paper, so the sticky part of the duct tape stayed sticky. I then cut out some circles bigger than the area I wanted to cover. I, then, peel the freezer paper off the back of the duct tape and apply it to the spot. I agree toes are hard places to get anything to stay stuck to. So, I use a regular bandage to help keep the duct tape in place. I have left it on all day and all night for a couple of days at a time. You want to make sure you are not allergic to the adhesive. I replace the duct tape until the wart comes off. Another method my grandma had me use and it worked as well was: Get some large wooden matches. The ones that are red with a little white tip. Soak a couple of matches in water long enough to soften the colored tips. Once soft, spread the sulfur on the wart and let dry. This is easily done right before you go to bed so your feet stay dry and don’t get all sweaty from wearing shoes all day. I
