How do I ensure delivery of Rapid Rewards DiningTM e-mails?
Make sure you’ve provided a working, deliverable e-mail address in your Profile and Subscription Center, and verify that the checkbox in the E-mail Subscription section is unchecked. This is required to earn Rapid Rewards credits. Also, to ensure delivery of our messages to your inbox, you can add our address (rapidrewards@rewardsnetwork.com) to your Address Book or Safe Senders List. Finally, make sure your inbox isn’t full and is capable of receiving new messages.
