Because Toolkit and ProTracts permissions are integrated, a change in the permissions for one application is reflected in the other. To ensure you don’t lose Toolkit permissions, first set the user permissions correctly in Protracts, then reset the Toolkit user permissions using the Toolkit User Permissions web application.
