The reason you would want to figure your BMI is to see if you at your target weight. If you want to figure your BMI divide your weight in pounds by your height in inches and this will give you your BMI. If you answer is below 18.5 you are considered underweight, 18.5 to 24.9 you are normal weight, 25-29.9 overweight, and anything over 30 you would be overweight.
