Submit a diskette or CD along with the paper filing which contains the collateral description only. If the diskette or CD is not submitted, the filing must be rejected. Unacceptable file formats are portable document formats (PDFs), scanned images, or Excel files. If a collateral description is provided in any of the unacceptable formats, the filing must be rejected.
