How do I find leaders, that is, people who will really work at building their businesses?
The best way to find the leaders in your organisation is to build strong relationships with your Members and to get to know what’s important to each of them. As you do this, those who have the makings of leaders and the desire to lead will become obvious. Work with them. If you are looking to “recruit” leaders, you may want to “prequalify” people you sign up. Ask them if they are willing to commit to putting ten to 20 hours per week into their business. Ask if they are interested in developing a home-based business at this time. Be honest but not pushy, and respect each person whether they are ready to be a leader or not. Note: This does not mean you refuse to sign up a person who simply wants to purchase AIM products at wholesale prices. It just means that you will know people’s motivations before they sign up. This allows you to use your time more wisely.
