You can find your points total on each purchase receipt that you receive at participating Esso stations. Keep in mind, it takes approximately 72 hours (3 days) for your points to be updated. With the RBC Royal Bank Esso Visa card, you can refer to your monthly statement, which shows your points update. You can also check your points total by visiting the homepage of this site and entering your Esso Extra member number. Or you can call 1-800-567-3776. Please note that schedules upon which points are updated will vary, and as a result point totals will likely lag behind your transactions.
