If aren’t a member of a Slimming World support group or bodyOPTIMISE you can discover Syn values using the Syns Enquiry Hotline on: 09068 518518. Calls are charged at 60p per minute. This service is available from 9am-7pm Monday to Friday. As product formulations can change, please have the packaging of the product you’re querying on hand when you call so the team can double-check that the information on the packaging corresponds with that on our database. If you are a member of a Slimming World support group or BodyOptimise, use Syns Online or the Syns Calculator to find the Syn value of your product.

Or call the Syns Enquiry Hotline to find out the very latest Syn information on 09068 518 518 (UK only), lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm.
