Step #1 Throw VCR in the trash Step #2 Go out & buy DVD player Step #3 Catch up with the times, This is the 21st century **ADD** Not trying to be hurtfull, You can buy a new VCR at Wal-Mart for about $20 or so. It will cheaper to buy a new one instead of just trying to keep repairing an old one.
