How do I fix squeaky stairs which are pre fabricated?

If you can, squirt some glue or construction adhesive into where the squeak is coming from. That'll usually fix any squeak. If not, tear that bad boy apart and shoot a ton of fasteners into it. That'll teach that squeak. Good luck.  more
