How do I fix the ActiveX error I get when trying to load Web Accounts Plus?
When trying to run the software, some users receive the error: This is caused from the “hyperlinkax.ocx” not being registered during the installation process. The cause of this is currently being determined. A fix that works for some users is to perform the following steps: • Go to a MS-DOS Prompt. • Change to the directory that Web Accounts Plus was installed into. Most likely “C:\Program Files\Web Accounts Plus”. • Enter the following command: regsvr32 hyperlinkax.ocx • Try to run Web Accounts Plus again.
