How do I get a beautiful tan on the beach?
*looks at top answer* – I wouldn’t BURN bad to get a tan. You can do it without hurting and damaging your skin that bad. Here is my six day week first tanning of the summer: (this is the starting week and I start it off strong but try to ease you skin into it so it’s ready for summer suntans) YOU WILL NEED: Lotion (with tanner in it) Baby oil. Exfoliator. Spray tanner. Water bottle. Hat – Sunnies. A good book/mag to read! 🙂 DAY ONE: 30Min’s in sun (make sure you are in the sun from only 11.30-4.15 for this whole week!) Put sunblock on elbows and knees – if you have noticed they become browner then the rest of your tan and this will help it out allot! DAY TWO: But stay in the sun for an hour, apply baby oil to your skin, this will add to the browning (make sure to turn over after 30Min’s to get both sides!) Wear a wide rim hat and sunglasses on this day! DAY THREE: No sun this day. Make sure to drink lots of water to hydrate your body and skin and keep the citrus fruits and nuts/seeds
