You will need to send us a notarized or witnessed Power of Attorney (POA) signed by the lien holder appointing "Vehicle Title Service". The POA must contain the full VIN#, year, make and the name of the lien holder exactly as it appears on the print out. You can also send us a DMV authorization letter which will be filed at DMV so that future duplicates will not need POA's. You can simply request the duplicate and pay the fees. We will handle the rest. Remember to send the proper fees and a return envelope. Call us for a blank authorization letter if you plan on processing several transactions per year.
