how do i get a list of reo properties on site?

Hi Kei, Getting a list of REO properties really doesn't do you any good. As a Broker who deals directly with banks, your best bet is to connect yourself with a Realtor who has bank connections. You essentially want to be one of the first buyers to hear about a new REO property. I work with just a few investors and whenever I am getting a new REO property I inform my clients right away. There are many great opportunities right now any way you look at it. You just need to position yourself with an experienced, full-time Broker and build a relationship.
