If you lose your MO HealthNet card, you should contact your local Family Support Division office in the county where you live. Previously the state issued ID cards were red. The state will not issue red cards any longer. If you lose your card, you will receive a white MO HealthNet card to replace it. Use the white MO HealthNet card just as you would have used the Red MC+ card.
