If you already have a GeMCRIS account, and you are a principal investigator or a study sponsor, a Safety Reporting Portal account was automatically created for you. Information regarding this account was sent to the address you provided when you registered on the NIH system. If you are new to reporting, you must first register with the NIH GeMCRIS system. When you register, if you are a primary investigator, or study sponsor, you will automatically have a Safety Reporting Portal account created for you. You will receive a letter in the mail with your account information and instructions for logging in to the system.
