How do I get certified to eFile?
The certification testing process consists of three stages. Each stage must be successfully completed in sequence. Each Electronic Participant must submit a test file for each tax form for which it intends to be certified. In order to ensure the quality of the electronic information transmitted, the BOE will subject each electronic test file to a set of tests and notify the Electronic Participant of the results.
