You will need to make your own way between Sorrento and Brindisi - you can take a train from Sorrento to Naples, then change to an Express train to Brindisi. The Circumvesuviana Railway runs from Sorrento to Naples (approx. EUR 2.50), departures every hour. Naples - Brindisi : There are various trains between Naples Central Station (Napoli Centrale) and Brindisi, usually with a change at Caserta. Departure times vary, but can be found on the Ferrovie dello Stato web site www.fs-on-line.com. Journey time between 5 and 6 hours.
