Would need a little more info, but you need to apprentince to a master painter, regardless of your experiance. You may (or may not) be able to move up in status at an accelerated rate. I don’t know how many hours you have worked, but a master painter is about more than hours worked. It’s a thorough knowledge of commercial application and methods, as well as residential. You may be able to find someone to help you just by picking up the yellow pages. For instance, when I rehabbed my house, I found an electrician that would pull a permit for me and let me do the work.
