How do I get more defined arm muscles :(?
ok, so you want more defined, ok, light weights and high reps, thats the main thing for toning muscles, making them look more defined, join your local gym, they have alot of weights and stuff that will tone, but if your uncomfortable with people around then buy buy some light weights and do heavy reps (lightest weight you can hold and workout until your arms are screaming for your body) then a 3-5 minuit break depending on how much you pushed in the lifting NOTE: DO NOT LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUILD BIGGER AND LARGER MUSCLES good luck!
