How do I get refunded if the publisher didn’t deliver the contracted number of impressions or clicks?
If a buy is not fully delivered, you will only be charged for the portion of the flight that the publisher delivered. You will be refunded the undelivered amount shortly after the end of the flight. You cannot be charged more than 100% of the total contract amount in the event that the publisher over-delivers .
