how do i get rid of pimples?
Things that worked for me are:
1.Regular exercise – it gives you clear skin
2.One meal of the day should be full of uncooked food like fruits and veggies; ideas include salads, juices etc
3. Wash your face twice or thrice a day based on how oily your face is.
4.Start eating dry fruits- these helped me a lot to get a better looking skin
5. Try avoiding stress, do yoga, meditation or simple stretching exercises that helps you to stay calm and diverted from work/other stress.
Remember you are what you eat so avoid junk food and try including more veggies and fruits and plenty of water daily.
# Avoid sugar consumption/ atleast reduce or go for alternatives like honey and jaggery
# Eat 2-3 hrs before you sleep and do not drink water right after you eat, just rinse your mouth and drink water after half an hour from eating.
# Maintain regular sleep wake cycles.
keep these points in mind:-
- Avoid junk/unhealthy/oily food at any cost
- do not wear much makeup and let your skin pores breathe
- wash your face with a good face wash for oily skin
- use rosewater for you skin, i have used it myself and it has given me amazing results
- prefer organic skincare products
- use any anti-pimple cream or gel. I myself used acne star gel and i found it very useful
- applying aloevera gel on pimples is also very good for them
- use sunscreen regularly as going out much in sun also causes pimples
