Dial is EVIL. Anti bacterial soap is EVIL even if mild, it dehydrates the tissue killing bad and GOOD bacteria you need for good healing, a reaosn why your piericng isn;t healing. From what you’re telling me, this is migration signs NOT infection. Infection is serious, infection will get you in the hospital, infections can be fatal, what you have is a fresh healing piercing probably irritate. Infection symptoms. -Hot to the touch. -Redness (excessive redness). -Green-ish discharge/pus (not the regular clear “liquid”, this is dead white cells coming out after they’re done doing their healing job, this causes the “crusties” on your jewellery). -Painful to the touch and in the surrounding areas. -Funky smell in the discharge. -Excessive swelling by this I mean the jewelry is sinking into the hole. -“Boil” like swelling or “pimple” which grows and is not easily drained.
