To receive the Dog Friendly Extras portion of your package, including personalized items, you must fill out and send your mail-in order card. It can be found in the Dog Friendly Honda Element User’s Information Manual (this is different than your Element Owner’s Manual), which came with your new Element. You should receive your extras in 2-3 weeks. More information.
