How do I go about notifying Tl&T Mangament when something needs fixing?
There are several urgency levels concerning the time frame for repairs. Items which need attention, but are not a cause for any danger or major inconvenience to the tenant and will not cause any further damage to the property should be pointed out to the property inspector during a routine visit to the property.
