We have discovered some issues installing PDB files greater than 2MB to the device memory. You can install your product PDBs using the steps below to the INTERNAL expansion memory or your SD card using either Drive mode or the Palm® File Transfer utility. NOTE: If you are installing a Skyscape Constellation the Constellation PRC and PDB must be installed to the device memory. (Ex: RNConstl.pdb and RNConslt.prc must be installed to device memory). Download product: • Please download the Skyscape product from the product description page (at: http://www.skyscape.com) or the download link provided on your receipt • Save the productname_palmwin.exe file to your desktop. • Go to your desktop and double click on the productname_palmwin.exe to launch the installation. • Click cancel when it prompts you to choose install, upgrade or trial. Install PRC files using Quick Install Tool: • Open the Quick Install Tool • Go to the directory that you installed the Skyscape product from: Default is: C:
