How do I keep from getting frustrated and irritated at work?
Try to change your point of view. Put yourself in someones shoes and feel where the squeeze is. I am not justifying the complainers, but simply giving my imput. If trying this won’t work, say to yourself that these people are doing the best of their abilities, and do not have enough maturity, number one for not researching in what they buy, the policies of return, or if they really needed the arthicle, or simply wanted it.Keep it to yourself without expressing it, turn the case to supervisor, for after all they make the big money, and are paid to take the aggravations, not you.
