Rule 23 Class Members must have worked as a Customer Engineer in California between March 5, 2004 and April 10, 2009. All Rule 23 Class Members were mailed a Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement and Final Approval Hearing. As a Rule 23 Class Member, you need do nothing further to participate and benefit from the outcome of this Settlement. FLSA Class Members include all persons employed as a Customer Engineer between August 10, 2005 and April 10, 2009, in any state within the United States except California, and, are not already a Rule 23 Class Member. To receive any benefit from this Settlement, you must return a signed, dated Consent to Join form postmarked no later than July 3, 2009, to the following address: Teeter v.
