During this process, the ExtraFilm Designer must remain open for us to process your order. Please wait until the status bar is 100% complete. The order is sent to us. You will receive a confirmation that the order has been sent. Now the pictures still have to be sent to us. This will happen in the background so you can now close the ‘ExtraFilm Designer’ software. But if you turn off your computer, or stop the online connection, the order will cease to go through. The next time you switch on your computer, or reconnect to the Internet, the transfer will restart, without you noticing. We can only process your order when we have received everything.
