How do I know if my request to withdraw an i-130 petition was granted?
Good LUCK!! USCIS has REFUSED to inform me of ANYTHING regarding my “ex” wife’s immigration status! I have even filed a criminal complaint against her for running a “Mail Order Bride Scam” on me with the FBI (all to no avail)! I even sent in a notorized complaint letter to the Secretary of Homeland Security (he is the only one authorized to “cancel” her Conditional Residency), and was informed that they only forwarded the information to her “file”. I have been trying for more than TWO YEARS to have her DEPORTED/IMPRISONED for all of her crimes (Immigration/Marriage Fraud, illegally working in the U.S.A., Tax Evasion/Fraud, Interferance with the US Mail, Insurance Fraud….)! Even after SWINDLING me out of thousands of dollars, she had the audacity to counter file in the divorce to try and obtain Spousal Support (after moving out after only 9 days of marriage)!
