You should enter as distance education programs where the student primarily receives instruction via one of the following modalities: (i) the internet; (ii) one way and two way transmission through open broadcast, closed circuit cable, microwave, broadband lines, fiber optics, satellite, or wireless communication devices; (iii) audioconferencing; or (iv) videocassettes, DVDs, and CD-Roms, if the videocassettes, DVDs or CD-Roms are used in conjunction with any of the above technologies listed in clauses (i) through (iii).
