How do I know whether my KMD 550/850 data card needs replacement for continued FIS services?
The data card expiration date will be presented on the display unit’s FIS Subscription Status page. To avoid a lapse in service, a new data card must be ordered and installed prior to the data card expiration date. At the time the order is processed, the data card will contain one year of FIS decryption keys along with the current GPS database. For subscription service compatibility a data card no older than the 26-Dec-2002 cycle must be installed.
