You sound extremely confident in what you do and that’s very good. Remember THAT when you are out there working and let that confidence in your performance shine through. Just give your guests eye contact with a great big beautiful smile and they will never think you are stressed. They will simply see a confident waitress that loves what she does. If your restaurant plays music in the background, maybe you could even walk with a little bounce in your step, snapping your fingers and singing along to the music while you’re carrying trays and wiping down tables.
