With your bread pan upside-down, liberally apply the lube to the shaft’s bowtie, allowing the lube to flow up and over the bowtie and down into the shaft assembly underneath it. Repeat application 3 more times, 15 minutes apart, rotating the shaft once before each subsequent application. Note: Leave the bread pan turned upside-down during the entire process to allow the liquid lubricant time to penatrate.
