How do I make a telephone call using my BanXcard Maestro Card?
Dial the toll free number on the back of the card (make sure that it is the one for making phone calls, not the one for customer service or for calling from Mexico). You will be asked whether to proceed in English or in Spanish. You will then be asked to enter your card number using the keys on your phone. You will then be asked to enter your four digit PIN number. If you have entered this information correctly, you will be told the remaining balance on your card and then asked to dial the number where you would like to call.
