How do I make hazelnut hot chocolate (starbucks)?

Starbucks occasionally retails their mocha powder in little containers (in the US we make our mocha sauce/syrup using a powder containing sugar, cocoa, and artificial vanilla, mixed with hot water). In a Sbux (US) hot chocolate, medium sized, there are: four pumps of mocha, one pump of vanilla, and in your case, four pumps of hazelnut, add hot milk (160 degrees Fahrenheit) and top with whipped cream if desired. We make our whipped cream in a whipped cream maker using 16 fl ounces of heavy whipping cream and eight pumps of vanilla syrup. Both hazelnut and vanilla syrups are retailed (at least in US stores) at Starbucks. Just ask at the counter. If not, eBay will supply you. Both of the links I gave you will ship worldwide.
