How do I make my School/Service the address book default (rather than the Global Address Book, which shows all users)? Or could it show my Contacts list by default?
Open the Address Book, click on Tools and then select Options…. In the Show this address list first: drop down menu box, select your School/Service or alternatively select your Contacts folder. Click on Apply and OK. Even though you have changed the default view, when you use the address book you can always select the Global Address List or another School address list.
